Terms of payment and delivery

(LLC “SVEISVERK”)

1. General Provisions

These Payment and Delivery Terms define the procedure for settlements and shipment of products purchased from LLC “SVEISVERK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company manufactures and supplies metal products, including reinforcement cages, clamps, spiral elements, rings, and other items, in accordance with the client’s individual technical specifications.

2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed:

• through the official website: sveisverk.com.ua;

• by email or phone.

To manufacture the products, the client provides drawings, specifications, or a technical assignment.

After all parameters are agreed upon, an invoice or contract is issued.

3. Payment Terms

Form of payment:

• Non-cash transfer based on the issued invoice.

For regular clients, deferred payment is possible (subject to agreement).

Payment procedure:

• Advance payment — usually from 30% of the work cost and 100% of material cost.

• Final payment — upon completion of production, before shipment.
